A real friendly gentleman turned up to do a gutter clean on our property and all of the gutters and down pipes were cleaned out throughout with photos before and after provided. The down pipes in particular were blocked and this would have only started to cause issues with the building in time.
I can't recommend Gavin enough for a top professional job and at a realistic cost too.
