My BOW heros of the day are Dal and Amrik Singh of Vibrant networks. Dal came to Arcs N Sparks to fit a new phone for me and walked into one of my worst ever days. Printer had stopped working, computers were all crashing and my emails wouldn't work. Bless the man for ever, he sorted them all out for me !! 5 Star+ :)
