Rang Ruddi on Monday about a bad problem on my car - my DPF was completely blocked and no longer able to regen, causing all sorts of other problems.
Ruddi promptly arranged to meet me Wednesday the same week to sort issues out, and to get a fresh remap.
Top class service from a genuinely lovely guy, all problems gone and car is like a new one.
It was a problem I'd been chasing for months, and not much luck at other mechanics and garages.
Ruddi actually cares and took time to listen to me explain everything, which is greatly appreciated and a breath of fresh air.
3 month long issue sorted within 2 days.
Thanks again Ruddi and keep up the good work fella.
