Brought my floor from the Halesowen branch.<br>Ed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.<br>I ordered a grey floor then a day later changed to a wood colour. No problem, all sorted on the phone.<br>The fitters came as planned.<br>Ryan and Adam. Two young men.<br>They were so professional, helpful and with zero attitude, which was very refreshing. They did a fantastic job putting down my kitchen floor.<br>I cannot recommend these two blokes enough. If you get them, count yourself lucky.<br>Mark Noott

Very good quality floor (I bought Hydro Pro 5mm Malmo Luxury Vinyl Click Flooring) and great service. If you need a good floor, then these are definitely the guys to buy it from. I had no understanding from flooring but chose Flooring Surgeons because of the high reviews and I have no regrets. Definitely one of the best in the market.

Was looking to purchase new flooring, had numerous samples of which did spring out at me, came across Flooring Surgeons online and I was instantly impressed that I travelled an hour an a half to see the most impressive showroom, and a great range of flooring, Ed instantly helped in choosing a great floor, at a great price. I ordered a lot of flooring and as soon as it came Ed rang and everyone helped me load my van. The floor was absolutely beautiful and great to lay. Can’t rate Ed and Flooring Surgeons enough. Absolutely beautiful flooring! However be sure to order a couple more boxes as you will find atleast 5+ pieces in each box damaged. The boxes will be pristine on delivery so you won't think there is anything wrong however you will soon learn there are many pieces in each box damaged and they will not replace unless you take a picture of every single piece that's damaged so keep all the damaged ones together!
