I would highly recommend ACMS Mercedes as a better than dealership experience. I have used Mark and his team for my chauffeur business for servicing and maintenance for our fleet. They use genuine parts and have a wealth of knowledge/experience. In addition to this, they are cheaper than the dealership and offer total customer satisfaction.

I have not used ACMS before but i am extremely impressed with the service I had from them. Called with an issue on my SLK250 and went over within the hour for a diagnostic (already been told the likely cause on the phone). Diagnostic confirmed and parts ordered. Repair done and serviced at the same time for a very reasonable price. To top it off the car was cleaned and I got it back spotless. As someone who is overly fussy about my vehicles I trust these guys and it will be going back when i need anything else doing. Highly recommended

Fantastic Mercedes specialist: I've been using ACMS for the past 3 years and only have good things to say about them. If you're looking for an experienced, capable and reasonably priced independent Mercedes specialist you really should give them a try - and on top of all that they're nice people too!
