If you are looking for a place for Afternoon Tea then place to be is the Pigeon Parlour.on Beacon Road,Birmingham.
We welcomed by Debbie and her husband who escorted us to our table this was most appreciated.
Debbie explained that the afternoon tea would include a selection assorted sandwiches š„Ŗ alongside a selection of home made cakes š°.Beverages,Tea or Coffee.
The Afternoon Tea was absolutely amazing š¤©,we will certainly be celebrating in the near future for any special occasions.Also the Pigeon Parlour is ideal for people with disabilities.
Lastly on Sunday Nights there are tributes acts ,which are very popular so recommend book early.

A very unique quirky venue which I would recommend a visit to to soak up the 1940ās atmosphere.
Staff were very welcoming and the service was good.
For the amount being charged for the afternoon tea my only comment as a means of bettering the authenticity of the experience would be that it would have been nice if the bread used for the sandwiches was not standard supermarket sliced bread, there was a better selection of home baked cakes and that authentic glass jars for the jam , cream and trifle be used as opposed to plastic onesā¦.this is something easily ādoableā which would so enhance what is already an amazing productā¦many thanks for a lovely day āØ

Enjoyed the Christmas tea experience very much indeed. I was welcomed at the door on my arrival, which was a nice added touch. The food was very fresh and varied. Excellent efficient service (as always) made for a very enjoyable evening.
I would highly recommend Pigeons Parlour for all occasions!

Wonderful quirky 1940s themed cafe. The thing you'd expect in a Devon village, not on ASDA island. Owners lovely, good prices and wartime themed food. I was tempted by spam and dripping on toast but went for the corned beef. Terrific afternoon.

Omg canāt recommend this place enough Debbie and Mel are amazing. Took dad here for his 90th birthday. He has dementia, in a wheelchair, canāt speak and struggles with his swallow but nothing was too much trouble. Debbie did special food for him and made him an amazing birthday trifle as he canāt have cake. Food was great, place can only be described as ā made with loveā, the people heartwarming. Nothing was too much trouble they made dadās lunch perfect. Cant thank them enough. Highly recommend š

What a lovely , quirky, 40ās themed tea room. Afternoon tea with three friends who had not visited before and they were not disappointed! following my recommendation. It was every bit as lovely as I remembered. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and very good value . So much memorabilia to feast your eyes on. I would highly recommmend and will be returning with more friends

Went for my mums 80th Birthday. Everything was amazing. The staff couldn't do enough for everyone. Lovely place, attentive staff, food delicous. There was a mixture of ages in our party and some family and friends had traveled 2 hours away and everyone commented on the whole afternoon. Thank you.

Took my parents for their Golden Wedding anniversary afternoon tea. Had an absolutely fantastic experience. They went out of their way to mark the occasion with Golden Wedding china, heart napkins and 50 shaped sandwiches. The food was delicious and the option for a ration pack (doggie bag) very welcome! Thank you for your great hospitality. :-)
