I went to this chemist today after being messed about for FOUR WEEKS by Boots chemist with the remainder of my prescription.
What a refreshing change it made. Parking is available outside the shop.
I was greeted promptly, pleasantly and politely, and was asked which brand of tablets I prefer - something I have never been asked in Boots. They supplied my tablets almost immediately, and the lady went to the trouble of ringing their suppliers for me (there and then) to see if she could obtain some more for me. I was most impressed as they are very customer focused and I know where I`ll be going for my prescriptions in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend this chemist to everyone.
Holly and Taya are especially helpful and go the extra mile to help patients / customers.

What an unexpected gem in Walsall. Its been many years since I have been here and it's evident that a lot of money and effort has been put in.
Beautiful gardens, clean and tidy, wonderful facilities, nice cafe. Very enjoyable walk around with our 2 dogs. Would highly recommend.
