We are regulars at the the casino and are always greeted pleasantly and enjoy our gaming experience. We would like to highlight the work of Hayley and Marie in particular, they are outstanding members of staff who always brighten our experience and bring warmth to the casino. The only improvement I could suggest is that there is some sort of bell/alert for bar staff, we only visit at non peak times and it can be quite some time to get served at the bar. See you soon :)

I have been going to this particular casino for a number of years and it is by far one of the better ones i have been to. I love that they actually have entertainment usually on of a Saturday night and it is actually pretty good acts. So while the other half gambles i can sit and relax and listen to music and have a drink. I do also go down and have a flutter now and again and it can get busy on a weekend or pay day.

I visited here on the 13 for our teams Xmas meal...
this is the second year we have been back and I have to say it very good ..
Great staff and good value for money including a free spin on the roulette table
the food was good on time and hot , everyone's order was correct great staff reasonable drink prices , the place was clean and tidy and on the whole a good experience for something different to do at Xmas ...Well Done

Came here on Saturday night for the first time to celebrate my partners birthday. I found the night really enjoyable, staff were all friendly especially Dawn who showed us around and helped us to get the best package for our money. The food was top quality and very reasonably priced, the entertainment was great (Tina Turner act) and it was nice to have a little flutter while we were there. On the whole, a great night out. Will deffo be returning

Staff seem very friendly and happy to help. Just whole place just has quite an old vibe to it. Food is good and the service is fast and great too.

Been coming here for 14 years since I turned 18, iv won only twice in 14 years 🙈 but most times its enjoyable. Very dissapointed though that they have changed the machines and my favourite Fort Knox have gone. Its impossible to get progressives on those newer machines and havnt had a single one since they have been installed. A range of community machines would be great, such as the £500 community Black Night, like when you used to have those £500 machines in the entrance years ago. They were great. Also entertainment? What happened to that? We booked a table then the party host left and entertainment discontinued a few months back
