It's my third time here and I have to say the atmosphere is very welcoming and the most the staff are friendly especially angel who truly lives up to the name she was given :-) smiley face for you angel "F" it you deserve two :-)

As a regular at grosvenor casino I find the staff extremely welcoming. I must highly commend the excellent customer service I receive by the receptionists Angel, Kylie & Tina who are extremely welcoming upon arrival. The friendly atmosphere created by the staff make for a great night out for any occasion.

My husband and I visit here regularly, not to play but to visit the restaurant.

The food on Thirsdsy was lovely 2 courses for £12.95 or 3 for £13.95 what great value. Another £3 each got us a cinema ticket too.
The staff are always really friendly p, service is great and so is the food.
Go on a Saturday night and there is usually a singer on.

Enjoy the time spent all members of staff helpful and pleasant. Sham Davide and Maurice, last week were very good to me. Sean leaving today Sunday will be missed. All make entertainment for both my husband and myself.

Went here last night,Micheal Jackson tribute act on,he was ok.only played on the roulette tables,all good.only real negative was the strawberry daiquiri's for my wife & our friend,which were nothing like a daiquiri,they politely complained to bar staff who said other people had complained about them too.they offered to top it up with lemonade??!!!....if there not proper daiquiri's surely they shouldn't be selling them as daiquiris(at £7.50 a pop)....so avoid cocktails!!

We had a 3 course meal and free bets food was lovely and the package was a reasonable price, the staff werr very helpul with the planning of the night, only problem we did have was it was a summer night and it was unbearably hot in there and when we asked staff members they said they couldnt turn air con on without speaking to head office, dont know if this is a tactical to get you to drink more but unfortunately for us it made us leave or we would of stopped all night it was a real shame, but other than that was a great night.
