Took my Grandchildren to see Wonka. The service for everything was so slow, obviously not enough staff. Waited in a queue for popcorn for what seemed an eternity then had to queue at the bar for 20 mins for a coffee. The toilets were not clean and had not been replenished with toilet paper. I have used The Light on many occasions but yesterdays visit was very disappointing.

It's a brilliant cinema , it's affordable enough it's local, staff are friendly and helpful (especially ben and eloise so happy and cheerful and have a real passion for their job making the overall experience better ) there's some food available which you can take into the cinema if you really want to eat a pizza with your film 🤣. And to top it all of every Friday the do a retro video game night and do monthly tournaments with royal Jester games 🥰
