Our family (and others we've recommended) has been using this vets for nearly 20 years and we couldn't recommend them enough. Our experience with 387 vets has been overwhelmingly positive and any concerns or issues we've had have always been addressed promptly. They might appear more expensive than other vets in the area but their services match the price. They've approached all of our pets with genuine care and compassion (and this is true for everyone we've dealt with at the practice) and have answered any questions we've had about treatment (and we've asked quite a few!) with compassion and clarity. One of our cats went through chemotherapy here last year and they out our minds at ease throughout this stressful time. They even allowed one of our other cats to accompany him, to help with her behaviour after each of his chemotherapy visits. Our other cat recently stopped eating and they didn't hesitate to look into what the issue may be and provided us with options on how best to help her. The staff are lovely and I genuinely don't think you can find a better vet practice than this one. We appreciate everything you have done for and continue to do for us! Thank you.

Reasonably priced.<br>And always available within an hour of phone call.<br>The WhatsApp service in invaluable and I’ve never heard of that before. But it’s healed a lot without an appointment.<br>5 stars because in grateful of all the services provided. And your kindness goes along way.

Fantastic 387 vets team, 5 stars are not enough.<br>We have used 387 vets on several occasions for our dog Whisper. The level of care received has always been outstanding.with a special mention to vet nurse Alana.<br>Hamish and his team, are outstanding and 100% caring. Our baby boy Whisper was treated by Hamish and his team recently and the level of care and support was second to none. Very thoughtful, and caring. Thank you 387 kindest regards Stephen & Gill.
