Highly recommended. Great customer service throughout the whole process.
They assessed my vehicles issue in a timely fashion and advised next steps, including cost and timing.
Nothing went to plan, every issue caused a new one and it took eight days to get it all sorted. They called at every opportunity to explain and apologise.
On collection I expected a inflated bill, but no they stuck to the original quote stating customer relationships are important to them. They made no money from this job, quite the opposite.
A rare gem i.e. a honest garage, that wants to help, without having your pants down.đ

While I waited, I sat in their comfortable, air-conditioned reception and got some work done. Amazing customer service and care. Took my car in for a diagnostic to reject my vehicle and they booked me in urgently and kept me up to date with the whole process. Dealt with Gavin personally and cannot fault his knowledge, experience and customer service! Has even helped me find a new car and look into the history of the vehicle to avoid any more problems with the next car. 100% would recommend and all the staff are lovely and helpful!
