I had a insurance renewal phone call with Ellie and she was lovely! I only passed my driving test a few months ago and she made sure I knew what she was talking about, and was happy to go over anything I didn’t understand. I've been with Think Insurance for a few years now and it's the personal unhurried way that they deal with their customers. Ellie in particular has been so helpful with my enquiries at renewal. She isn't pushy or abrupt, but listens to my concerns and responds with succinct, yet full answers to my concerns. As an older client I need more explanation than many and Ellie is great at turning jargon into plain language. I feel at ease and completely relaxed, so when I don't understand complex language, Ellie just turns it into plain speech and gives me the confidence to know I'm making the best decision for our circumstances.
