I contacted Stuart as no heat was coming into my radiators and thought I had a boiler fault. Turns out there was no fault with boiler, we must have turned a tap under boiler off so heat not coming through. Stuart was able to help me over the phone - friendly, reliable and helpful. Thank you

S P Taylor came out and fitted in a new immersion heater. And a couple of days later when my toilet broke I called them out again, had to come a couple of times before it was fixed through no fault of there own. Each time they were polite, explained the problem to me, cleaned up after themselves and kept coming out until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend to use them. Very happy customer!

Stuart came and serviced my boiler .Turned up at the time stated and even wore covers on his shoes so as not to get the carpet dirty.He spent a good couple of hours cleaning the boiler and was very knowledgeable .I found Stuart very professional and would not hesitate recommending this company

I recently received good advice from the guys at S P Taylor regards the pressure my boiler should be working at. It turns out that it was running at a temperature that was way above what it should have been and could have ended in my boiler breaking down. As a father of two young children, the idea of no heating in sub-zero temperatures isn't a pleasant one! Thanks for your help and rectification work.
