Called 1st time fix out after my boiler stopped working. We had been told by another company that the boiler needed to be replaced. Steve come out to look at the problem and fixed the boiler within 40 minutes after removing a filter and cleaning it out and now all working fine. I have booked back in with them to service my boiler after saving me over 3k replacement and quoted by the other company and also cancelled my service plan with them and I will now be moving it to 1st time fix . Very big thanks again.

Wonderful from start to finish! Communication via WhatsApp was brilliant and the engineers who arrived were lovely to talk to and really knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble even when the job list evolved throughout the appointment. Massive thank you to Stephen and Louis/Lewis. It’s also great to see a company taking on young people and giving them a chance to learn and develop! Will be recommending to all of my family and friends & will be using 1st time Fix again when we need our boiler replacing. A very happy customer - thank you!
