Fantastic service. We had a boiler leak on a bank holiday, Stephen replied to the query within 20 minutes with an appointment booked for the next day. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem straight away. Thoroughly recommend, we won’t use anyone else.

My boiler decided to not work on a Saturday evening and I didn't have any hot water or heating in the house, I contacted 1st Time Fix and I got a response straight away, the gentlemen came out Monday morning which was super quick and showed me the problem and fixed it straight away, very happy with the service and price, highly recommend
