I honestly couldn't recommend 1st Time Fix enough! From start to finish, Stephen was extremely understanding & professional & couldn't have helped my Mom more. He'd attended within an hour of me first making contact & within 1 week, a whole new boiler had been ordered & installed. Chris & Stephen cleaned up after themselves & left my Mom's kitchen absolutely spotless!<br><br>5* service & highly recommended. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend 1st Time Fix. I had an ongoing issue with boiler pressure that other "big" companies couldn't fix even though they were charging me for trying. Stephen sorted it in one visit. After that I subscribed to one of their service agreements and I've suffered a couple of other major faults since that have been fixed with minimal fuss. They turn up at the time arranged, tidy up after themselves and generally sort out anything that needs fixing. They offer continuity and peace of mind that you just don't get with major brands.

On discovering a leaking pipe I phoned 1st Time Fix very early on a Thursday morning, Stephen as always was most obliging. On finding out that water to the property was isolated he informed me that he would attend later that same day to assess repairs required.<br>During the visit he ensured the leak was isolated thus allowing reconnection of water supply to my home, a date for repairs for a couple of day later also agreed, accommodating this work in their very busy schedule.<br>Alex completed the repairs to a very high standard, future proofing the system by replacing old pipe work as required. Attention to detail is what I love about this company which ensures an excellent end product and confidence in the service they provide.
