Sam and Louis came out to our house and moved two radiators. Have to say the service was excellent. The engineer came out to quote quickly, price was good, they were quick to book in a date, came out exactly as agreed, did a brilliant job of the work, made sure everything was absolutely sound before leaving, were really courteous, took care of everything around them, explained everything - it was great. First time using this company but will certainly use them again in the future. Really impressed.

Excellent service from 1st Time Fix. From the initial call with Lotty who organised the team, to the quick response from the engineer Stephen who arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and set about ordering the relevant parts. The repair was completed, I was shown the faulty parts and all was left clean and fully operational. Very pleased with 1st Time Fix, and would recommend them to anyone in need of a professional plumbing/gas service. Thank you
