Fantastic service by 1st Time Fix. Lottie booked me in at short notice for a leak under boiler that caused much stress. Kept me updated via text and alerted me that the engineer was on the way. Steve was great, arrived on time, did the job, kept the area clean and tidy and managed to provide me with the peace of mind I needed. Very reliable, timekeeping was fantastic and above all very professional. I would recommend them to anyone and look to use their services again if required. Thank you 😊

This was the first time I used 1st Time Fix and it was a good experience, Steve and his colleague found the fault in my oil boiler by working methodology and fixed the blockage on at visit.
A friendly professional service throughout from making the first contact via email until the job was completed.
The only thing I could suggest is that on the message you send out the day before you attend there's estimated time of arrival (AM or PM) it would save the customer having to ring up on that day to find out.
That said, if you need heating boiler repairs or support I would recommend 1st Time Fix every time, they will be my first call when I need my boiler serviced or something else in the future.
