Brilliant service from Booking to completion.<br><br>The confirmation email and text message upon booking, the timely reminders the evening before visit and the messages to confirm the engineer was on his way all provided comfort and reassurance our boiler was on its way to be fixed and heat would be restored.<br><br>Upon arrival Stephen was fast, professional and tidy. Our boiler was back working quickly and our questions were answered thoroughly with sensible advice.
