We had no heating on the first floor, and Steve from 1st Time Fix came to sort it out. He was professional, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He did an amazing job — everything was working perfectly by the time he left. True to the company name, it really was fixed first time! Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service - incredibly professional, friendly, and understanding (it wasn’t an easy job, the house proved to throw up unexpected problems!). Extra hours were put in to finish the job, and everything has been finished to a high standard.

The team came and fitted a new boiler, after our old system was super inefficient. Their customer service and hard work was amazing, getting the job completed in three days, on time. The quote we was provided was better than other companies, I would highly suggest, great money for quality.
