Qbar would like to thank you Owen for providing a magical event at our venue. Not only was it fun, mysterious and exciting it was TOTALLY ORIGIONAL!! The whole venue were amazed and baffled by your magic. In all the years I have been booking acts I haven't seen anyone work a crowd in a long time! It was great there was a lot of variety and that you showed us many different types of magic tricks. I have a customer who wishes to discuss booking you for their wedding next year. Is it ok to pass your number on?? Once again thanks and let me know if the dates we discussed for the end of the year still possible.

We had a fantastic night at Grosvenor Casino last Thursday raising funds for the Mayor of Walsall's Charity Appeal. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure the evening was a success. The generosity of the management was very much appreciated. The food served was delicious and of a very high standard. Would thoroughly recommend this venue for a great night out.

We were hosted last night by Grosvenor Casino for a networking/celebration evening. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a good time. We were able to see at firsthand the refurbishment that has taken place and also sample the new menu which will be available from the beginning of April for the dine and entertainment packages. The food was delicious and we congratulate Grosvenor on the work done. A fabulous venue to celebrate a hen night, birthday, anniversary or just to treat yourself! Keep an eye out for their programme of entertainment events - you won't be disappointed.

Although I love to play poker, I had not stepped foot into a casino, until last night. After the fright of my photo being taken to sign up, I went straight to the bar :)
It was a very friendly place (no hesitation to explain how the games work - so don't be afraid if you've never been). I had a really good night with the people there. I will definitely be returning.

First time here and was not inpressed at all. The staff on the front desk welcomed us with open arms and explained the layout of the premises which I thought was fantastic. We ordered drinks at the bar and the bar lady took so long we thought we were going to die of thirst. We had a table booked for 21.00 in the restaurant but our starters didn't arrive till 21.40. Our main meal didn't come out till 22.30 and the desert finall arrived at 23.15. The food in it self was fantastic though. Went and played on the roulette tables and every order of drinks we ordered off the staff walking around taking peoples drink orders never arrived. One of us had to keep going up to the bar to buy them. Overall the food is outstanding but the service was the poorset I have ever experianced. Lots of people were complaining about it.

Not visited the Casino for some time, with friend visiting from America plus it being so close to where I live I thought it might be an ideal night out.
We booked a table in the restaurant, good food selection with a great a priced fixed price menu the food was a of a good standard with fast efficient service and friendly staff.
The venue has a laid back atmosphere and the majority of the other guests where males mainly attending the poker tables, dress code is very casual jeans and tee shirts not a place to visit if you like to make some effort to dress up smart the evening we went a Saturday they had a singer all this for free entry makes for a great cheap night out if you gamble and win that is !!
In summary if you want a nice meal with a little added extra then this is the place for you!

Please don't make the error I did by being intimidated by the gaming industry. Under no circumstances is there any obligation to gamble here.
Bar none the best customer service locally. My compliments to the management for achieving such high standards. Very refreshing.
The bar alone offers a great range of reasonably priced drinks and snacks, but within, remains one of the Midlands' best kept secrets. " The gallery restaurant "
Well above the standard of popular local eateries such as Ye Olde Lodge and those two average eateries next door ( Cinnamon Court & Chiquitos ) all venues could learn a lesson in customer service from the G... Tastefully decorated, very comfortable and well within anyone's dining budget.
I wholeheartedly recommend the restaurants' cinema deal.

I really like this casino, I've been back several times and It puts other casinos in bigger towns and cities to shame. Having been to many casinos in the midlands and surrounding areas, I didn't expect such a good one to be in Walsall ( without being rude to Walsall ) but they have made a really good job of this one.
Its quite big in there. A nice bar area, with plenty of room to have a drink, a restaurant that has had many excellent reviews and a good sized gaming space. It also has a large separate electronic gaming area with touchbet roulette and plenty of multi game fruit machines. Valets are always around to get drinks and food ( the bar menu is good too, the ultimate burger is great if you have a big appetite like me. ) and it has a big poker room next to the gaming floor, although I haven't been in it yet.
Make no mistake the staff keep this place well, and that's applaudable in todays competitive casino market. So if you're in the area, give this a try.

Often spent an evening here, its important not to go mad. But if you can control yourself you can get a decent drink(a little more pricey than pubs) some ok pub styled food in the bar area. The option of a dining area if you want a little more again its a good quality. Usually on a Saturday there is some kind of entertainment, starts about 10.00pm and lasts a round 2 hours. Its usually ok and can sometimes be good background music if you decide to play the tables or machines. Its also worth a visit if you want to watch sport on the TV as they will have all the football etc showing around the casino. You could even drop in after the cinema as its just next door. The service is always good and the casino is always clean and tidy
