I am disabled and have a brain injury so my understanding has been affected but Morales has kindly explained everything and most importantly fixed the problem so I have hot water! Morales recently replaced our boiler and upgraded our gas feed as we ordered via BOXT. He came out two days before the job to inspect thoroughly to ensure his team were prepared and he could be as efficient as possible on the day of job. He explained everything to me ahead of job and offered guidance where I requested it. The workmanship and care displayed during the replacement and upgrade was superb and we are very happy. Diligent, reliable and precise. Thank you Morales and team.

We had a problem with a downstairs toilet that was progressively getting worse to drain due to a suspected blockage. After researching on line we Rang Drain Doctors who arranged to come next morning. Andy the engineer rang on his way and arrived on time. After showing him the problem he explained the steps he could take to solve the problem on a best to worse scenario with appropriate costings. Unfortunately the best scenario of using a plunger did not work and he explained he would need to use a snake device down the pipes. This found and cleared a blockage about 4 metres down the pipe. He then lifted the appropriate manhole cover and flushed and cleaned the blockage away and the toilet is now working perfectly.
Andy was friendly throught explaining what he was doing and the final bill was reasonable considering he was there for nearly 2 hours.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

The engineer was friendly and polite and did a thorough job of clearing a blocked outside drain. The engineer identified two possible causes for the issue, then gave advice regarding one of the issues and raised a job number with the local water company regarding the other. Fantastic service - would highly recommend.

Paul was brilliant, put us at ease in what is a very stressful toilet situation in our rented house. He was cool, calm and collected as he thoroughly checked the drain and did diagnostics. He gave us price options and explained everything in a way we understood. He even spoke with our Letting Agent! We now have a true diagnosis and report to back it up.
