Current Business Interests: Safe Driver UK Limited (www.safe-driver.co.uk) is a holding company, which looks after 2 main concerns: 1) Rio Driving Tuition (Right Instruction Only) - www.go-rio.co.uk - the very popular and ever growing driving school for novice drivers in and around Walsall, Sutton, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Wednesbury and Lichfield. Rio deliver expert driver training, and are particularly qualified in helping nervous/anxious drivers. Voted Most Loved Driving School in the West Midlands, 2013. In 2014 it was voted Most Loved Driving School in the UK. 2) Fleet-Driver - www.fleet-driver.com - a specialist assessment and correctional service that delivers quality driver training to business and people who drive as part of their job. Here, drivers are risk assessed in a variety of ways, and then given corrective instruction to reduce the risk of road incidents. These courses often leads to a reduction in insurance costs, reduced overheads (improvements to fuel consumption) and a better understanding of occupational road risk and how to reduce the likelihood of becoming a statistic. Paul was personally trained by Sgt Chris Gilbert, driving instructor to HRH Prince William and HRH Prince Harry. Paul regularly tutors for RoSPA - West Midlands Group and is also a member of IAM. Background in working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues. Studied NLP and Clinical Hypnosis extensively, and is a member of the Association for NLP (ANLP) as well as the British Hypnotherapy Society and the American Hypnosis Association (AHA). Preferences: Ericksonian hypnosis. Currently using these therapeutic tools to assist nervous/anxious pupils become competent and confident at driving. The language patterns we can employ in our teaching delivery can dramatically improve how the novice driver develops his/her skill and confidence. Always open to learning more.
