SpartaKM presents November Nuts, a weekly coffee morning for men to raise awareness for male mental and physical health. This is a great opportunity for men to open up and talk about their mental health.
The event is free to attend and donations are welcome and will be donated to charity. This even is available for members and non-members (feel free to bring along some biscuits)
Th event will be help every Saturday morning during November between 10-12pm
