Join us for our 12 week Couch to 5k programme. Couch to 5K 12 Week Programme. Meet outside Church Hall.Following the NHS programme to gradually increase fitness through a mixture of walking and running building up to running 5K. Couch to 5K is a 12 week jogging course. Please note these sessions follow the NHS Couch to 5k plan (however we have extended our programme to 12 weeks) therefore we recommend people to attend the full 12 weeks.
