In this class Dee takes you on a journey to discover the health benefits of the spices she grew up eating and show you how to use them in a variety of healthy Indian dishes. Learn how easy it is to add flavoursome and wholesome ingredients to your meals - whether you are looking for ways to liven up family mealtimes or to wow your guests on special occasions.

You will cook several dishes together and Dee shares her recipes for the curries and dhals her mum and grandmother used to make. After the class everyone sits down to enjoy the food with a glass of something cold. You'll leave here with detailed recipes and wonderful memories of a day spent learning healthy, delicious and nutritious Indian food.

Classes are £60 per person.
