In this class, you will be taken on a journey to discover the health benefits of the spices and shown how to use them in a variety of healthy Indian dishes.

Learn how easy it is to add flavoursome and wholesome ingredients to your meals - whether you are looking for ways to liven up family mealtimes or to wow your guests on special occasions.

During the class, you will cook several dishes together and Dee will share recipes for the curries and dhals her mum and grandmother used to make. After the class, you will sit down to enjoy the food cooked with a glass of something cold. You'll leave with detailed recipes and wonderful memories of a day spent learning healthy, delicious and nutritious Indian food.
