Following the NHS programme to gradually increase fitness through a mixture of walking and running building up to running 5K. Meet inside the centre at the tables and chairs in reception Couch to 5K is a 12 week jogging course. Please note these sessions follow the NHS Couch to 5k plan (however we have extended our programme to 12 weeks) therefore we recommend people to attend the full 12 weeks.

Beginner level Couch to 5K sessions to get you off the couch and become a regular runner.
Keep me going Run Together sessions are the Couch to 5K graduates or anyone who has run before who would like to continue running after reaching the 5K distance.
Fun and friendly sessions delivered by our team of Jog Walsall Run Leaders. All leaders have been trained through the Jog Walsall Jog Leader training or are fully qualified Leadership in Running Fitness Leaders.
Improve your health and fitness, meet new people and enjoy some fresh air to improve your well-being. We also support the #runandtalk programme with a number of England Athletics Mental Health Champions amongst our Run Leaders.
