Here at Walsall Cadet Force, we are proud to provide Walsall's young people with extra curricular education and offer youngsters experiences that many parents would struggle to afford without us.
We take cadets from 12 years old and in year 8 up, to 18 years old. We are also recruiting adults to become instructors. All training is provided including music theory. We are always looking for caders and instructors so please get in touch if you are interested.
We like to get involved with all sorts of community activities and can assist with things like car park duties or set up a stand at community events to educate local people about what we can offer the youngsters out there.
If you are planning on doing something in the community and think we can help, please get in touch with us so we can get involved. Ideally, we ask for around 6 weeks notice.
If you think you may have a child who is interested in the army cadets, or if you're struggling to get that 13 year old off of the Xbox to socialise with the outside world. We are also after musicians to train for furture events having performed at Horse Guards parade in London in 2018 for The Beating Retreat for the Queens birthday parade.
Experienced or not experience (all training given). please message me and I can give you some more information. To reiterate, there is no push whatsoever for our cadets to join the army as we support every route that our youngsters want to take. And we also recruit for adult instructors like myself too.
