Home-Start Walsall is a local charity who supports families with at least one child under 5 who are experiencing stress and/or difficulties.
Home-Start Walsall is a local charity set up in 1999 to provide free support to families with at least one child under 5 who are experiencing stress and or difficulties.
The charity provides home-visiting peer to peer befriending support as well as running family groups; readiness for school programmes; health and well-being workshops; and The Big Happiness Project.
Opportunities are available for local people to train as volunteers to provide low key practical and emotional support to families across Walsall.
