Buying a new kitchen or bathroom it is always going to be a severe invasion into your home and family life. Over the last 10 years I have lost count of the number of larger companies that have gone out of business leaving clients out of pocket or without a kitchen.
This industry is a very difficult one to be a part of and deliver clients expectations. Tescos have been using their name to market kitchens sales and Mark 2 to run the design and installation side; on a national scale this is a very tall order for any company.
We will remain a small business and install no more than 2 kitchen and a bathroom a week. At busy times this will mean that there are longer delays to installation start dates, however, its much better to wait a few weeks than live through this sort of nightmare.
