We had our garage converted into an office and downstairs shower room. We also had our boiler moved and upgraded, and new waste water and inspection hatch installed. Phil and his team did a great job. From first meeting him we were given a breakdown of all work and payment intervals when different pieces of work were completed. Having not used a builder before this was very reassuring. Phil manager the whole process for us with electricians, plasterer, bricklayers, and plumber all arranged along the way. We are really happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Phil was very courteous, explained what needed doing, cost and timescale. Completed the job and left no mess at all. Would use again 100%.

Can only endorse Phillip's reputation. From the initial visit to provide quote, Phillip was professional, polite and committed in doing a good job. Phillip communicated efficiently up to the day of the work, where he swiftly did the job, with the minimum of disruption and ensuring he was as tidy as possible. Phillip and his apprentice were very friendly and hard working throughout, finishing the job swiftly and very keen to do the job to a high standard. Which he achieved

I do not normally like to give full marks, as I feel there is always room for improvement, but I struggled to see where when looking at the work he produced. Phill worked morning till night, in all weather to complete the job, whilst keeping the area clean and tidy. Phill was always polite in his approach, even with the chaos of our 3 young children, testing his patience. Really pleased with the work, and glad we made the right decision. Thanks.

Phil did a great job of building our dormer loft conversion, excellent workmanship to say the least and is now our lovely master bedroom with ensuite. Phil is a great guy, really reliable and genuine. Showed up every morning 8am sharp and worked pretty much non-stop all day. We were always able to contact him... He came out at about 10pm the one night when we contacted him after harsh wind and rain took its toll on the new dormer that wasn't completely finished at the time. He got up on the roof in freezing cold, problem solved. Couldn't be happier with the end result, thanks again Phil

Had fire place out and made into a shelved area. As it was an old coal fire before I expected mess but Phillip kept the area tidy. Used dust sheets etc. Really pleased with the over all job

Phil was the best trade we had for the whole project. Under difficult circumstances he did well, adapting and overcoming. There were a couple of gripes but while he was involved they were sorted in short order. We have a great conversion and now he is striking out in his own venture I reckon that will make a positive difference to his projects.
