The Whimsey Inn is a fantastic local pub with Real Ales, Carling, Coors, Madri, Boddington, Guinness, Strongbow and Inch's cider.

A small courtyard garden at the side of the pub holds 30 people seated and standing room for many more .

They have outside entertainment every Friday and Saturday in the warmer months and indoors when it gets cooler.

The Whimsey Inn has 5 indoor screens and two outdoor screens, one in the garden and one at the front of the pub.

They can accommodate private party's and can cater for these if necessary. The Whimsey Inn also has a  function room to hold meetings in the week from 9.00am - 3.00pm , refreshments will be provided as well as breakfast and lunch if needed.

The Whimsey Inn boasts a fully stocked bar tended by friendly and attentive staff. With a choice of real ales on offer, as well as draught beers and a large selection of wine and spirits. Non-drinkers are also fully catered for with an array of soft drinks available. Bar snacks are available including crisps, nuts and fresh cobs.

Live singing entertainment by local singers and acts is also regularly available.
