Attended this boot camp last year. Had amazing results from it. Paul is amazing at what he dose he really cares about each individual member and making a difference to their lives and the community. Would highly recommend to everyone.
I had tried gyms and dance classes before and was getting bored with them and going along to them on my own. So I tried Fat Burner Bootcamp to try something different, thinking if it didn't work I would just return to the gym. Needless to say after one month I was hooked! I am fairly lean anyway so did not go for weight loss, but the exercises really helped me tone and begin to feel more confident in myself and my body. It was tough but the trainer (Paul Wilson) kept us motivated and encouraged, and a few weeks in I could see the results already as my measurements were shrinking! Paul also creates a community at Fat Burner Bootcamp so although I turned up on the first day on my own I now feel part of a community of people who encourage each other. I don't think I would ever go back to the gym now as I've discovered exercising outdoors with a community of people is so much more fun and delivers better results. Thank-you Paul. x
I can hightly recommend Fat burner bootcamp. Paul and his passion to get the best out of people is infectious. Paul has created a way to get fit that has the best community spirit I know. Boot camp has forged some amazing friendships.. No matter how many times I have thought I can't do this Paul and my fellow campers have encouraged me and proved that there is no such thing as can't. If you want someone to take your money off you and not really care then this is not the place for you. If you want someone who really does care about you, your health and your fitness then come and join us. Boot camp gets in your DNA and leaves you with a sense of achievement that you won't find anywhere else.
FBBcamp, and in particular Paul Wilson, has been the best fitness/weight loss programme I have done for years, that actually worked. In the first two months I lost over a stone in weight and made significant real changes to my lifestyle, that are easy to keep up

Paul Wilson of fatburner bootcamp is a total legend. He is the best trainer in the business.I have attended his camp for over 12 months and am amazed at the constant positivity of Mr Wilson-legend.He shares his knowledge,equips us with the knowledge and tools to change our eating habits and trains the hell out of us. We love Pauls bootcamp because it is the best not only in Walsall but in the whole wide world ;-)
sept 2012 i stumbled across Fat burner boot camp and can honestly say this is the best thing i have ever done with my body and life!! I suffer with my back following spinal surgery & gyms just dont seem to give the right info: i still suffered after workout. Not only is the work outs excellent for you, the support you recieve from Paul Wilson is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! He has changed my life, mind and body shape: including my family too
Omg it works. Paul and Stuart are very motivating and there is a huge feel good factor that you're investing in your own health. It's a dream what can be achieved in three sessions a week. I lost 9lb in week one alone.

I joined boot camp in April 2012 intending to just do the 28 days. Didn't know back then how infectious the work outs are. The sessions are hard but they make you buzz with energy and instantly lift your mood.
I am 49 and am more toned now that I have been in years and I just keep noticing improvement along the way.
Paul is a very inspiring trainer, he gets the best out of you and pushes you to your limit getting the great results the members have had. I have lost around 2 stone, still got a way to go but I,m confident i'll get there in 2013. Thanks Paul
Simply the best!
Got persuaded to go along after my fiancee lost 3 stone in 4 months; even though I wasn't massively overweight I knew I needed to do something to keep active and mobile. My job consists of sitting at a desk 8 hours a day, and I was getting a lot of aches and pains from simply walking the dogs.
The first day I turned up, Paul was energetic and very friendly, and made me feel part of the group straight away, and I got through the first session pretty well and thought this was easy. Then oh my God, the next two days I had aches in parts of me that I didn't know even had muscles, but for the second session, Paul reassured me that the 5 min warm-up would do the trick, and he was totally right!
Two and 1/2 months later, I'm still going and loving it every time - even when its cold and dark and wet, we have a right laugh and they are a great bunch of people: no mocking, no snottiness, just honest folk with a common goal, to lose some weight and get fitt(er). And you know what - Paul is one great guy - he motivates you every single time and this kind of role, personality is everything and he has it in spades!
So, Paul, even though I'm not losing massive weight (I don't have a lot ot get rid of), I am a whole lot fitter and much more mobile and energetic, and its all down to you - how else would I have done my first 5k run in under 30 mins this year if not without your BootCamp, when I haven't run 100 yds in the last 5 years without ending up in stitches???
I have been going to bootcamp since September, it has been tough but also enjoyable and it works, why else would I keep going back?! I've tried several gyms and diet plans in the past, but nothing has really worked for me, and none of them felt sustainable, well this is sustainable and enjoyable. Paul is very motivational, he is a great guy full of knowledge and keen to share it. He is encouraging and supportive, and pushes you very hard. definitely what you want in a trainer. And there is no reason to worry about going on your own, I went on my own in the first month, everyone talks to you and is very friendly. All in all it is a very supportive group, with everyone achieving great results. This is the best thing that I have done for my health, and I will continue to go to bootcamp. I highly recommended this to anyone that struggles with there weight or wants to improve there health.
started FFB in Feb this year, was only going to do one month, nobody told me that it was so addictive, been away for a few months and i miss the workouts, the people and most of all I miss Wilson, ive done many different excersize things, but being outside in all kinds of weather is not what most would call fun, but it is, its brilliant, cant wait to get back out there and get my body and mind back to where it was :)...we all love you Paul Wilson...our very own midlands GURU.. you rock our world xx
I've been attending Fat Burner Bootcamp since April, I've lost over 3 stone, and have gone from a Uk dress size 18 to a size 8. Ive done this by following the FBB plan, doing three to four workouts a week in any weather and following an online group with Paul Wilson.
This is the best plan ever, especially for anyone who is PCOS, Insulin resistant or generally overweight. It can improve symptoms, certainly improves your general health, and also whittles away the waistline. Quite frankly getting your body back is priceless.
The workouts are a lot of fun, but sometimes hard, I aint going to lie, but the smile on your face when you have an amazing body... WOW.

Paul Wilson is a GOD, sometimes you'll hate him, but he's pushing you to get the best out of you, and it works!!!

Excellent. I've lost 23lbs in ten weeks.
My self esteem was rock bottom before I joined. The instructor Paul Wilson is amazing at getting the best out of you. He'll get you using muscles you never knew you had. The recommended food plan is delicious and leaves you full. Desserts are permitted too!!!!!! Overall I highly recommend Fatburner Bootcamp to anyone who wants to regain control of health.
The summer is over and you’ve done well to keep that bikini bod so far, but we all know cosy jumpers are on the horizon and the temptation to gorge on those carbs is becoming nearly too much.
