I reached out to Best of Walsall approximately 3 years ago to support our busy and stretched social care business due to the added pressures Covid-19 brought to our area of work.
BOW have supported us tremendously in the management of our social media platforms. They offer regular face-to-face “catch up” visits in our office to encourage, advise & share ideas etc and also catch up on other ideas etc locally.
Sarah, and previously Alex have been our port of contact who have always been proactive friendly and offered a service with a smile.
I would recommend this service to anyone 100% without and shadow of doubt!

Whilst this gives blanket coverage it is a one size fits all but not targeted. You have taken a different approach by using our social media pages and our website which has been very targeted. We have seen a massive increase in our followers with a significant increase in public awareness and increased party bookings.

We find it very useful to receive monthly reports so that we can analyse results, judge their effectiveness and plan future campaigns. We believe posts on our social media are excellent and tailor-made to our requirements which have created positive interest in our company.
