Ade and Amy are doing a fantastic job keeping the cafe going as part our local community. The food is delicious, the only issue is they are so busy they need more space! But that's a positive. All the best to them

A lovely café that serves a lovely afternoon tea and has a lovely vintage, unique vibe to it.

A lovely selection of items in my afternoon tea, including sandwiches consisting of salmon and cucumber, cheese and pickle, ham, and marmalade. A raisonless scone (much appreciated!), with clotted cream and jam, a selection of mini cakes and as much tea or coffee that you could drink. One sandwich was cut into a heart shape, which was so cute! 🥰 Very aesthetically pleasing.

The toilet is lovely and feels like a room in someone's house, not a normal toilet that you'd expect to be available to the public on a day-to-day basis.

The staff were friendly, the music was lovely and the other diners looked like good, decent people. I'll definitely visit again. It was lovely.

My only gripes were that they served salmon sandwiches on the vegetarian afternoon tea. Vegetarians don't eat fish, pescatarians do. As a venue that is based solely around food, this is unacceptable and shocking that you are unaware of this. What rennet is used in the cheese? Do you know? As, not all cheese is vegetarian... Also, there are no menus online and you can't contact them via email, you can only phone them, which isn't always convenient.

But still, a fabulous venue for spending time with friends and family, or to do something special. I'd definitely go again.
