I went expecting a very clinical experience but I was gladly proven wrong very professional without being clinical, Neil is a very welcoming and knowledgable man, I had deep tissue as been in pain for years from digging holes by hand everyday one session and I immediately had better posture and no pain in back and tension gone on shoulders, amazing man and amazing results will be a regular from now on !!

Even though I've always been plus size from early teens, I've always been active and quite flexible (can still do the splits from college days!!).
After losing a large amount of weight I had a lot of excess skin that was stubborn to shift. I worked out, eat mostly vegan and still slow to no progress in shifting the excess. I even considered surgery to remove it.
Started massage therapy with Neil at Aurora Impress and dropped a further 2 dress sizes within weeks.
Massage was recommended to me, but didn't think being rubbed down would work. Bwoi, was I proven wrong!!! It's more than just a massage, its massage therapy. Mind, body and soul taken care of.
Since starting sessions with Neil, I can not believe the transformation I see for myself. I told him my problem areas: back, knees and skin loss. I feel like I've grown an inch or 2, stretching to get something off the top shelf doesn't feel like stretching any more. The lower back pain I had has completely gone. Loving how relaxed my muscles have felt since my first massage. I literally book in every 3 weeks. Excited to start the fitness programme soon, as part of the massage therapy sessions and to see the results of my physical and mental self.
Didn't realise massage, Aurora Impress was going to be a part of my spiritual journey, a guide as I level up. As I walked through the door, for the first time, my inner being felt - home. I have suffered with painful Knees and Hip for a few years. This I believe is exacerbated by the fact that my current job keeps me on my feet and also take on a lot of manual activities.
I have attended my General Practitioner on a few occasions with only Paracetamol and non steriodals for pain management and symptom control. I had bad crepitation in both Knees and the muscles in my Thighs were very weak. I had much difficulty climbing the stairs and when coming down the stairs I had to brace against the wall. I fell in the bath once as I was trying to get out.
The more I worked the worst I felt. Last March I was at work and the pain was excruciating I had to go to the emergency department. I had an X-Ray that didn't show and damage to my Knee so I was advised to attend my GP they need to request an MRI scan. This took a while due to the current issues with Covid 19. I had the MRI scan in September which took 6 week to be reported on and I was sent leaflets with various exercises to perform.
I have always wanted to have an assessment with Neil but I kept putting off however, this time I had to choice but to call out for help as the pain became unbearable. I was high risk of falls and knew this wasn't normal.
Once I had my first assessment with Neil he was able to diagnose the problem. Since then I've had five sessions of reflexology treatment and I feel like a new woman. I can bend my Knees, go up and down the stairs with ease, I now have a steady gait and feel normal. It only took five sessions for me to feel brand new and also bless with a new lease of life. I'm now back at work and feels great. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil's work, I applaud his professionalism and knowledge of the physiological structure and functions of the body and would also utilise his service in the future if required.

Edit is warm and friendly, somehow she knew exactly where my problems were.
Edit worked hard on my lower back and many knots today of which I'm very grateful for.

I suffer from neck, back and shoulder pain for a number of reasons and have now being seeing Edit for a year now, around once a month. The sessions are always very relaxing and the pain vanishes. She will tailor a massage to suit you depending how you want/need it. Would 100% recommend!

Had a massage as I had a trapped nerve in my neck. Neil pin pointed the spot straight away and worked on it. By the time he finished I was pain free and rejuvenated. I can think of no better person to work on your ailments itâs as if he knows before he even starts work what the problem is and how to treat it. Book a session and give him a go you wonât regret it
