Have tried loads of different things in my shoes to help with heel pain. Saw sign in doctors waiting room & decided to call. Seen Penny she was very friendly with me. Assessed my feet & gave me some exercises to do. I’ve had my orthotics in a week now & after 2-3 difficult days in getting used to them the pain in my feet is easing everyday. Very pleased with the service. Thank you Penny
