What a lovely man,as a owner of a nervous Border Collie i myself was anxious at selecting a groomer for her long coat also having black nail was reluctant to trim them myself.
Neil came and made friends with my collie and i was amazed when she walked with him to the van.,my son stayed with her while neil worked his magic on her and i have to say she looked like a different collie when he had done his magic !
I have booked again to keep her looking beautiful and will have no anxieties next time as neil cares about the friendship between hisself and the client and their beloved pet!
