Took my people nervous dog in today for his first professional hair grooming and was blown away by the service!
Staff were so nice and friendly and took it slow with him and were so so patient!
He came out looking absolutely handsome and very happy and relaxed, we will definitely be visiting again x

I had my two shihtzus groomed today and am very happy. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, friendly and accommodating. The cute little bandanas are a lovely touch! plus the price is brilliant! Would highly recommend. I've rebooked in as so pleased.

The appointment offered was very convenient, the shop is very clean and spacious. The staff are lovely and my pet was very comfortable and well cared for during their groom. They really took such good care of him and did an excellent job, I was very impressed how handsome my dog was groomed as it has been a while finding the right groomer for the type of dog I have. I have 2 chihuahuas and they just love it at House of Paws. And so do I! You walk into reception and it smells exactly like a people spa. The setup is stunning and everyone is incredibly friendly: genuinely interested in the dogs, their personalities and needs. They really take time to talk to both people and dogs. Zain was amazing: she worked around my dogs needs and really took took the time to figure them out individually. I’m really fussy about my furbabies and it took me a long time to find House of Paws. Both dogs love going in to House of Paws and don’t give me a second glance! I’m so thrilled and relieved I’ve found them! I drive 45 minutes to get there and it’s definitely worth it. Don’t hesitate to trust them with your precious pooch.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the ladies at House of Paws. Took my giant golden retriever Harley in today for grooming for the first time.
