Peter the Manager came first to check the site and ask for any special requirements, the next day Stuart arrived, a very polite and customer focused professional. In less than a day the floor was tiled, grouted and cleaned in a very large Orangery. We are so pleased we had an estimate to continue through into the kitchen. We would happily recommend Creative Tiles & Laminates to our friends and relatives.

Susan at creative tiles gave us a brilliant service on our visit to the showroom, she made it so easy to make our selection. We gave her our ideas and she helped us pick the perfect combination of tiles. She had great advice on what colours worked well together and even made a little display of how they looked together. Well done this company. I have searched all the tile stockists in my area and it would appear that this tile style has dropped out of fashion. Not so for me. This company not only had the tiles, but they supplied them at a reasonable price. The floor is now laid and looks perfect.
