Good try...We came for a Saturday breakfast while in the area. Very full, atmosphere was buzzing, had dogs which was nice. Small and cosy. Team made us feel welcome. Overall i see brunch as a level up on a greasy spoon, but hasn't hit the mark on food quality for me to rate higher. We had full english, italian eggs and kimchi pancakes. 1. Flat white coffee too weak and watery, starbucks is better, this is an area for improvement. 2. Full english, poor quality processed sausage put me off, a better quality sausage would have set it off. Black pudding under cooked, and sourdough tssted like it had margerine not butter. Avocado extra very small. Could have been better. 3. Kimichi pancakes was good but needed more kimchi and had pulled pork on top which was burnt to a crisp, more care required here. 4. Italian eggs looked good but lacked quality fillings and flavour. 5. Fresh oj was ok, but tasted watered down. Good spot for locals and already packed out, quality needs improving for us.
