Recently had a b12 injection at this Pharmacy. Brilliant staff, can see they really care, very knowledgeable, helpful and explained anything to me. Brilliant pharmacy highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s one of those rare places where you actually feel looked after. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help — whether it’s advice on prescriptions, sorting something urgently, or just taking the time to explain things clearly.

Shop is clean and has a Grt array of products, the lady who served me at front desk very knowledgeable kind and above all else discreet in dealing with my issue thanks Paula !! Would recommend this pharmacy above all others due to the fact there are all welcoming and have a smile and a joke which is priceless in this day and age keep it going fantastic !!!!

Brilliant service every time. The team here are always welcoming and efficient, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Prescriptions are ready quickly, and they’re great at giving clear advice without any fuss. It’s nice having a pharmacy you can actually rely on, makes life a lot easier. I had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping their customers. I came in for a vaccine, and the whole process was quick, organised , and surprisingly comfortable. They walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease.

Came across Beacon pharmacy through recommendation, and I can’t be thankful enough.
The staff are very polite and helpful, the pharmacist Manju, assisted me with my enquiry professionally and confidentially. I was very nervous about my concern but the Manju put me at ease and has continued to follow up with me to see how I am getting on.

I have always received a great service from Beacon Pharmacy. They provide excellent services in their dispensary and they have many services available to suit the NHS or private patient. The pharmacy is always well stocked with items for purchase whether it be over the counter medications, household items, cards, perfumes or sweets. They also have a private consultation room.
