First class service and top quality meat! I ring Roy as early as 6am and explain what I need. He has it all bagged, labelled and ready for the freezer within a couple of hours but usually less. He knows exactly which cuts are suitable for the recipe. I recommend Poxons of Brownhills. Best butcher ever!
