Although my dad wasn’t in the home for long I must say what a fantastic home it is the staff are amazing they have gone above and beyond for my dad I would like to thank each and everyone of them for all there kindness nothing was too much trouble loved them all

My Grandma spent two weeks here receiving palliative care before she passed away. The care she received was amazing. Everyday when I visited her, she had fresh night clothes on, and you could see she had been well looked after.
The staff were very supportive to both my Grandma and my family in the hardest of times, they showed great empathy and explained everything every step of the way. It was very reassuring to know my Grandma was in good hands and I really can’t thank them enough for making sure my Grandma was comfortable and taken care of during her time with them.

Our mom recieved palliative care for the last 8 weeks of her life here. The care she received was wonderful, from the nurses, carers, cleaners and kitchen staff which was done with care and dignity and we also managed to have some laughs. They were our rock, especially the last few days of moms life which we will be forever grateful. Our sincere thanks to Patience and all her team from Vera’s family, David, Vicki, Jo and Lee

My mom spent the last part of her life in this nursing home the staff were unbelievable, my mom got to know them all really and loved them and then you have the nurse's who were great to my mom aswell 26/01/2023

My mom was in this wonderful nursing home for the last four weeks of her long life. I cannot express enough how wonderful it is. My daughters and I felt she had the most wonderful care The staff were kind caring compassionate and we felt loved and well supported. Thank you millions for looking after our Iris.

I visited Arboretum Nursing Home as a healthcare professional who has been to other nursing homes, i cannot compare the care because the staff here take time to offer individualized care that is bespoke for each resident.
The home owner takes special interest on each patient and makes recommendations of how better care can be offered.

I am living in the Arboretum home at the moment and I couldn't wish for better care anywhere. Food is marvellous and the staff very friendly and caring.

Dad was moved here from Walsall Manor for his final days in the Palliative Care Unit, the respect shown by the staff during is care and after he passed was amazing, others should learn from this establishment, my wife was comforted by one of the nurses (Patients) after my dad passed, and I must admit it reduced me to tears that someone could be so caring and I am a 48 year old bloke (yes real men cry). The nurses here do a wonderful job, the surrounding are superb and the care second to none, if you are in any doubts about sending your loved ones here, then have none at all.

Although my mother-in-law's end was inevitably distressing, we were comforted by the knowledge that whilst she was in your care she was happy and contented as she could be, given her condition. Every time we came to visit, we were aware of the humour and kindness of the staff. Thank you for sticking by Mom. I know that near the end she became difficult to manage but we are eternally grateful that you persevered so that she could die in what became her home rather than an anonymous hospital bed surrounded by strangers.

I would like to thank you and your staff for the prestigious good care you took over my father and his family. You made a very distressing time more bearable; through your compassion, understanding and fantastic care. I would like to mention in particular staff whose conduct was outstanding. Firstly a care assistant called Sam. She made us feel comfortable where nothing was too much trouble. Gill the nurse who was affable and gave me a hug when I became upset. Beatrice who was on duty the night my father died and was considerate and gave me all the information I needed.
