I wish I'd been recommended to KJ Watkin years ago. They have given me my life back. I wish I'd known how straightforward they would make everything and how much better they could make me feel. I am a young professional who to all intents and purposes is doing well, but through no fault of my own, circumstances have changed in the last couple of years and I knew I needed expert help to move forward successfully with a new set of parameters. I didn't know where to start and I was finally recommended to KJ Watkin. They were warm and welcoming from the outset, supporting me at a time when I was vulnerable and emotional. I was assigned a personal manager with whom I get on very well. She worked though a cashflow chart with myself and my accountant which, once accepted, finally put me on an affordable and manageable way forward - both for my finances as well as my sanity. It's hard to take the first step but once you do, like everything else, things just get easier. I could have saved so much money if I'd had advice from them and found out about IVAs earlier. I never clicked on debt management adverts on the internet, firstly because I didn't trust them and secondly - most bizarrely - I didn't really think they applied to me. I thought I had things under manageable control. But things could have spiralled horribly. I don't even notice the fee I pay to KJ Watkin - incorporated into my repayment plan.
