We were a little disappointed when our delivery didn’t arrive on the Tuesday, but when we were told the reason why was because the items they had received from the supplier had arrived damaged we were quite happy to rearrange. However it would have been better had they phoned me to explain this, rather than for me to ring late in the afternoon to be told no delivery for us that day. This is why they didn’t get 5* this time

Slabs were great quality and great value. The only reason I’ve marked it down to 4 stars is that I was told that I would get a call when the driver was on his way. The call never happened, which resulted in nobody being at home when the delivery came. Driver still delivered the slabs but had to hand ball them off the truck, on his own.
