This is the second time I have used Find & Finance.<br>The team are amazing - all extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had immediate confidence in them.<br>After a conversation with Paul he found me a car quickly, taking into consideration my checklist of wants.<br>Sunny collected my car and delivered it to my home. He went through all the paperwork with me, everything was explained carefully and clearly. He then continued to help, looking for, and sending me links to additional items I wanted.<br>Any queries I had along the way were quickly answered by Teagan and Ellison at the office.<br>They have kept in contact with me, ensuring I am happy with my new car which I am. It’s fabulous.<br>A smashing, well run company who really do care about their customers and make buying a car so easy.<br>Can’t thank you all enough for the amazing service 🙏

A great all round simple transaction. I work for a main dealer and from the first initial enquiry on one of our cars with Paul then with Teagan and then Sunny have been so simple. The attention to detail that they have is exceptional and the level of service has been outstanding. I have already said that if they need more cars then they are welcome anytime. Find & Finance are part of my business group, and I called on their help during a difficult time, as it became obvious to me that I needed a larger car to help deal with emergencies, as there's only so much space in a little city car. Thankfully everyone at Find took on the challenge, and did the ground work for me whilst home life took over. Weirdly there was a surprise twist in the car search, which surprised everyone given the young age of the prospective car, and proved to me their invaluable service. Definitely appreciate their help, service and communication. And if I ever need to change the car for whatever reason, I know I'll be back. Thanks all!<br><br>ADDITION 25/03/2025 I went back to Find & Finance earlier this month, as my Mum was in need of a new car (with 5 doors this time), and not having the know-how of what makes a car a "good car", I knew we needed help. Find & Finance stepped in again and found my Mum an absolutely brilliant new car. Thanks all, and thanks Sunny for the delivery!

Brilliant Company! Find and Finance help every step of the way. I have used them a few times to purchase company vans. The knowledge they have is outstanding, nothing is too much bother for them, they will help find you the right vehicle for your needs, and also helped us with additional meds such as ply-lining and security requirements. I highly recommend for a stress free purchase.

Excellent Service and Support from Sunny!<br><br>I bought a vehicle last year, and unfortunately, it recently broke down due to an alternator fault. I reached out to Sunny for help, and he handled everything related to the warranty claim. The garage had quoted me £1200 to supply and fit a new alternator, but Sunny wasn’t having any of that! He contacted the garage directly to question the price and managed to negotiate a much better deal.<br><br>Thanks to Sunny’s efforts, I ended up paying only £99, with the warranty covering the rest of the bill. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, and I even received a follow-up call to check if everything was going well with the car after the repair. I couldn’t be more impressed with how professional and proactive Sunny was. Highly recommend!

Fantastic company. We have just purchased our second family car with F&F and cannot speak highly enough of the group. Everyone we were involved with was trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable. They conducted multiple searches for us, gradually narrowing in on the perfect cars and on both occasions I felt we got a lot of car for our money with no pressure from them. They completely took the hassle out of searching for, negotiating and picking up our cars and the after care including things like managing the warranty was outstanding. Total peace of mind dealing with them and I probably won’t be getting another car without their help in the future.

I bought my van from Find and Finance last year and the process was smooth and a great experience. Mike and Mike were always on hand to speak to me whenever I rang (a lot) and were very understanding and personable.<br>Unfortunately I had an issue with the AdBlue on my van, luckily it was still in warranty. Sunny took it off my hands completely and dealt with it from start to finish for me, taking a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. He was so attentive, ringing me with updates during the whole process and even checked in after it was sorted.<br>I’m very grateful to the whole team for their efforts. I 100% recommended. I was recommended this company from a friend and I am really happy with the service I got from start to finish. We recently used Find and Finance to get a new family car and a work van for my husband. Honestly can't recommend them enough! The whole team were fantastic. All very friendly and very helpful. We found Find and Finance particularly useful as they will do all vehicle checks for you and inform you if there are any potential issues. As two people who are novices when it comes to mechanics this was a really big selling point for us. They work with you and your budget and ensure that they match the perfect vehicle for you. I would like to thank 'Find and Finance' for sourcing my perfect car. They went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was the one I wanted. The thoroughness of their inspection checks were to perfection. A big thank you to Mike for finding this vehicle, and to Sunny for his work on the inspection side of things. Sunny was very informative showing me the controls in my new vehicle and helped set up the Tesla App for me amongst other things. A very personable company who I will be referring to others looking for their next vehicle.
