I would heartily recommend John and his work. He diagnosed my iMac problem over the phone, which was borne out when he opened it up. He quoted a very reasonable fee for installing a new (bigger) drive, and offered 24 hour turnaround. As well as this he cleaned the iMac's insides and screen, restored the memory and installed a new version of the operating system. He explained it all in simple terms, and obviously knows his stuff. Very happy.
Following some amateurish work by a Tunbridge Wells company (based in the lower end of town) on my iMac in April this year, it fell over on a Saturday evening. Sunday morning I discovered John, an email got a near immediate response. A few messages later and I dropped it off that evening. The following evening I've picked it up and it's operating as well as it was when it came out of the box. John is clearly a professional who loves his work. The regular updates on progress - on a Sunday evening! - and the explanation of what work was done and why all point to someone who knows their stuff. Do not use anyone else!
