Terrible service, promised Thursday, then Monday, then Monday/Tuesday & would be given a call to confirm, no call, then at 12.20 on Tuesday had a call to say they would be here in half an hour, over 2 hours later they arrived. The boy was on his own, his helper cannot lift as he has hurt his knee. Im waiting for an op for 2 new knees, but still helped him get carpets into dining room as i couldn't shut front door if left in the hallway. Carpets look ok as packaged & as im disabled i cannot open them to check so fingers crossed their carpets are better than their service.

I would recommend Benems Carpets because first of all, your prices were very reasonable, your fitters did a wonderful job in laying down both laminate and carpet. They were also polite and friendly. They also goes for your uplift team. They also did a good job. Finally, I got quick and friendly service whenever I rang the centre.

Benems came to our office, measured the area. Went away and sent a quote through promptly for the carpet tiles that we had chosen. They then fitted them on our selected date. A professional service was provided throughout. We couldn't have asked for more.
