The lovely owner Racheal is a larger than life character she has so much charisma and is so welcoming it's like seeing old friends every time u walk through the door the quality of her carpets r second to none and she also has a fabulous range of accessories for ur home to I absolutely love it in there . The staff are always welcoming and very helpful great customer service
